OEG is recruiting an experienced Vattenfall 2.3 TSWA Blade Repair Technician to support in the safe isolation of offshore wind turbines in Denmark. The role requires a technician that holds the TWSA for 2.3 wind turbines to complete blade repair work.

Travel booked by OEG, Accommodation arranged by OEG, Subsistence allowance given.
Role Summary
You will carry out safe and accurate isolations on Vattenfall 2.3 wind turbines to prepare for blade repair operations. You will work onshore as part of a team that delivers high‑quality, safety‑focused turbine support.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform isolations on Vattenfall 2.3 turbines before blade repair work begins.
- Establish safety from the system by way of isolations in accordance with AWP and in line with WTSR.
- Taking and returning control of the turbine.
- Leading safety onsite and within the turbine.
- Follow strict safety standards and procedures throughout all tasks.
- Support blade repair teams by ensuring safe access to the turbine platform.
Certification
- Vattenfall 2.3 TSWA for blade repairs
- OGUK / OEUK Medical
- Chester Step Test: Good or Above
- GWO BST (exc. sea survival)
- GWO Advanced Rescue - all four modules (Hub, Nacelle, Hub Single and Nacelle Single)
- GWO Blade Repair (or Alternative) – ideal but not mandatory
- GWO Slinger Signaller
- GWO Crane and Hoist or SGRE equivalent
