🚢 Your Role at a Glance
As a Client Representative, you’ll be the key link between offshore operations, vessels, and stakeholders, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
In this varied and fast-moving role, you will:
🧭 Operations & Coordination
- Plan and manage daily personnel transfers across CTVs, JUVs, and turbines
- Coordinate with service teams and stakeholders to align offshore activities
- Oversee crew changes and operational logistics
- Maintain full visibility of offshore activities and vessel utilisation
📊 Reporting & Communication
- Produce and manage Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and activity logs
- Review, verify, and provide input on Master’s DPRs
- Deliver internal and client updates, including 3- and 5-day lookaheads
- Ensure accurate documentation flow with MCC and clients
⚓ Vessel & Marine Oversight
- Track fuel consumption, vessel performance, and off-hire periods
- Manage vessel surveys (on/off hire) and repair follow-ups
- Maintain off-hire logs and support commercial reconciliation
- Monitor and report COA removals and vessel maintenance schedules
📋 Permits & Compliance
- Create, manage, and track permit-to-work systems
- Work confidently across client systems such as:
- Baltic Eagle (Toolkit X)
- Parkwind (SOS)
- Fal Forms (Moray)
- Offshare & Vissim
- Ensure compliance across all marine and offshore operations
🏗 Technical & Installation Support
- Support jacking operations — reporting, monitoring, and data validation
- Manage jacking reports, cable crossings, track plots, and final positioning
- Assist in issuing permits for installation and M&E activities
- Provide geotechnical awareness to support marine specialists
👷 Offshore Readiness
- Lead crew inductions and safety readiness activities
- Manage operational factors such as rotor lock, ghost positions, and site setup
