We are currently looking for Client Representatives to be based offshore in Poland for a 4-month period.
Position
The Client Representative shall monitor cable burial activities and ensure relevant procedures and processes are followed.
Qualification and Experience
- OGUK / OEUK Medical
- GWO First Aid
- GWO Fire Awareness
- GWO WaH
- GWO Manual Handling
- GWO Sea Survival (incl Boat Transfer)
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experiences
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate record of all installations and completion activities daily throughout the execution phase
- Ensure all relevant approved procedures and risk assessments are followed by the contractor
- Ensure the contractor proactively executes safety and quality
- Daily recording of activities relating to HSE, Quality and commissioning
- Lessons learnt
- Input to daily planning meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being planned and executed according to the overall project execution plan
- Participate in weekly safety walks with HSE representatives from Baltic Power and contractor organisations
- During all defined key activities and otherwise as often as practicable be present as a witness during installation. Access all work areas provided it is safe to do so
- Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks and any other discussions to ensure that the works are being carried out in a safe manner to the required quality
- Review and understand RA/MS and QHSE documents a required before executing phase commences and keep updated on changes in the documents
- Participate in toolbox talks ahead of all work
- Participate in preparing the DPR to be used
- Prepare and distribute daily progress reports (DPR) as required
- Ensure the DPRs are signed by all required parties
- Daily recording of activities relating to HSE, Quality and EXC load out. Lay and burial
