🌊 WE’RE HIRING – COMMISSIONING LEAD SITE MANAGER | OFFSHORE WIND | TAIWAN 🌊
We’re looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead Site Manager to support a long-term offshore wind project in Taiwan.
📍 Location: Taiwan
📅 Start Date: 21 September 2026
🔄 Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
⏳ Duration: Minimum 6 months anticipated, with potential for extension
The Role
You’ll take a lead role in overseeing offshore construction and commissioning activities, with responsibility for:
• Managing site activities with a strong focus on HSE, quality, schedule and budget
• Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
• Planning resources in line with project and marine schedules
• Monitoring daily progress against project requirements
• Identifying and mitigating construction and commissioning risks
• Resolving emerging site issues to maintain safe and efficient delivery
• Ensuring high standards of quality, cost control and deliverable planning
Required Certifications
✅ OEUK Medical & Chester Step
✅ GWO BST – Manual Handling, Working at Heights, First Aid & Fire Awareness
✅ GWO Sea Survival
✅ WTSR Core
