🌊 WE’RE HIRING – INSTALLATION LEAD SITE MANAGER | OFFSHORE WIND | TAIWAN 🌊
We’re looking for an experienced Installation Lead Site Manager to support a long-term offshore wind project in Taiwan.
Please note that Site Management experience gained within Installation projects is essential!
📍 Location: Taiwan
📅 Start Date: 21 September 2026
🔄 Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
⏳ Duration: Minimum 6 months anticipated
The Role
You’ll take a lead role in overseeing offshore installation activities, with responsibility for:
• Managing offshore installation activities with a strong focus on HSE, quality, schedule and budget
• Monitoring operations to ensure compliance with safety requirements, project specifications and quality standards
• Planning and allocating resources in line with project schedules, including vessel operations and lifting activities
• Coordinating subcontractors, vessel crews and site personnel to ensure safe and efficient execution
• Tracking daily progress and proactively resolving technical, operational and logistical issues
• Identifying and mitigating risks throughout the installation phase
• Ensuring high-quality installation practices and accurate planning of costs, resources and deliverables

✅ GWO Sea Survival
✅ WTSR Core
