🌊 Your Mission
You’ll be based onshore in the Marine Coordination Center (MCC) — the operational nerve center of offshore construction. Acting as the critical link between onshore teams and offshore operations, you’ll help ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of major energy projects.

- Right to work in the US / L1 / B1 ‘specialised trainer’
- OGUK / OEUK Medical
- Chester Step Test
- GWO Certifications:

🚢 What You’ll Be Responsible For
In this fast-paced role, you will:
- Coordinate offshore operations from the MCC – the central hub of all project activity
- Monitor offshore sites, vessel traffic, and port operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency
- Oversee marine traffic within windfarm and export cable corridors – both project and non-project vessels
- Act as a first responder in emergencies, activating response plans and coordinating support assets
- Play a key role in environmental protection and compliance, ensuring regulations are met at all times
- Manage Dynamic Management Areas (DMAs), Slow Zones, and Seasonal Management Areas (SMAs), ensuring vessels comply with restrictions
- Track seabed changes, anchor positions, and jack-up vessel data, reporting accurately to compliance teams
- Monitor safety zone intrusions and maintain detailed logs of non-project vessel activity
- Facilitate the permit-to-work system, ensuring smooth coordination of simultaneous operations
