As we prepare to head into a busy 2026, we are looking to speak to Marine Coordinators for offshore windfarm construction. Role is based in the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- As Marine coordinator to organize and optimize Marine operations, i.e. vessels movements and transfers of personnel to WTG (using track of vessels and personnel with software and issuing manifest).
- Coordination of daily schedule and prioritization of project activities / transfers together with site (SOV) managers based on project priorities/challenges, weather inputs, and coordinator marine necessary experience.
- Coordinate all marine logistic with marine operations software SEAPLANNER (manifest, personnel tracking, turbine defect tracker, adverse events, DPR review and approval).
- Be the link/ interface with Employer Marine Coordination for marine PTW / coordination / SIMOPS/ communications with vessels on site.
- Support and coordinate ERP and safety offshore site with communications to shore/vessels, paramedic, Accommodation vessel captain and Marine Coordination.
- Coordinate with Marine onshore coordinator for vessel port call logistics, crew change, material/cargo transfer.
- Provide reporting of vessel workability/use on site on weekly/monthly basis.
- Report to project marine operations lead offshore marine ops KPI (transfers, fuel consumption, safety records) lesson learned in operations and to optimize vessel schedule, and marine operations.
- Monthly, weekly EHS/operations/Crew audits as per marine operations monitoring plan Carry out regular inspections of GE project vessels to ensure that high standards are maintained throughout the execution of the project.
- Coordinate vessel onboarding, and regular operations meeting (MoM, lesson learned, safety note /alert, procedures, Master inductions).
- Provide support and training for personnel induction to offshore, transfers with EHS.
- Ensure priorities and smooth transition from construction to O&M.
- Monitoring adverse events using data provided by employer or/and vessel masters and commissioning personnel.
- Support administration of personnel movements on site with the onshore marine coordinator.
- Supplier management (vessel owners) - (held weekly / monthly progress meeting, manage deliverables, invoicing, track variations orders and monitor progress, quality, safety with necessary audits, review and comments DPRs, meeting with SOV masters, KPIs follow up).
