🌊 WE’RE HIRING – OFFSHORE TECHNICAL CLIENT REPRESENTATIVES | MP/TP BOLT RE-TENSIONING | POLAND 🌊
OEG is looking for experienced Offshore Technical Client Representatives to support an MP/TP bolt re-tensioning campaign on an offshore wind project in Poland.
Previous experience with bolt tensioning/re-tensioning of large bolted connections on wind turbines is essential, with direct MP/TP experience strongly preferred.
⏳ Duration: November – March
🔄 Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
The Role
Acting as the Client’s offshore technical representative, responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing MP/TP bolt re-tensioning activities on behalf of the Client
• Monitoring contractor execution and verifying compliance with approved procedures, project requirements and acceptance criteria
• Verifying completion of the required scope
• Reviewing contractor daily reports and completion documentation
• Monitoring daily progress and identifying technical or operational issues
• Reviewing planned operational sequences and identifying potential clashes or interfaces with other offshore scopes
• Attending daily coordination calls and providing progress updates to the project management team
• Assessing the quality and completion status of works performed offshore
Experience Required
Candidates should have:
• Strong previous experience in bolt tensioning/re-tensioning on wind turbines
• Offshore wind experience in a Lead, Supervisor, Technical Representative, Client Representative or similar technical role
• A strong understanding of bolt tensioning procedures, execution requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience reviewing contractor reports and completion documentation
• The ability to independently assess work quality and completion status
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• The ability to work independently in a client-side technical oversight role
⭐ Previous MP/TP bolt tensioning or re-tensioning campaign experience will be strongly preferred.
