As we prepare to head into a very busy 2026, we are looking to speak to Operation Leads for offshore works.
The Operations Lead will be responsible for managing the deployment of temporary power generators and associated work scopes for offshore teams and CTVs during the construction phase of the offshore wind farm.

- OGUK / OEUK Medical
- GWO Enhanced First Aid
- GWO Fire Awareness
- GWO WAH
- GWO Manual Handling
- GWO Sea Survival
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experiences
- EU Passport or valid work permit for EU
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily coordination of operations on the project.
- Raising of work permits as required.
- Manage project documentation control and ensure hard/soft copies are available onsite.
- Ensure all safety certification is in order and complies with site and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all Quality Assurance documentation is in order and complies with site and company requirements.
- Liaise with the OEG Marine Ltd head office as required.
- Assist in the production of RAMS and safe systems of work.
- Ensure RAMS are being followed and work is being carried out in a safe manner.
- Attend safety and other meetings as required.
- Liaise with OEG Marine Ltd clients and suppliers to ensure excellent relationships are developed.
- Assist in the coordination of project personnel and MRE assets on site.
- Compile and submit reports (Daily/Weekly and Monthly)
- Maintain asset registers.
- Undertake other duties as required.
