🌊 WE’RE HIRING – PRE-INSTALLATION LEAD SITE MANAGER | OFFSHORE WIND | EUROPE 🌊
We’re looking for an experienced Pre-Installation Lead Site Manager to support a major offshore wind project in Europe.
Please note that Site Management experience on pre-installation projects is essential for this project.
📍 Location: Europe
📅 Start Date: 1 October 2026
🔄 Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
The Role
You’ll take a lead role in overseeing offshore pre-installation and readiness activities, with responsibility for:
• Managing pre-installation activities with a strong focus on HSE, quality, schedule and budget
• Ensuring operations comply with project requirements, safety regulations and quality standards
• Planning and allocating resources in line with project schedules, including marine coordination, vessel readiness and surveys
• Coordinating subcontractors, vessel crews and site personnel to ensure efficient execution
• Tracking daily progress against project milestones and proactively resolving operational, logistical and technical issues
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with pre-installation activities
• Ensuring documentation, equipment, permits and work packs are verified and ready to support successful installation

✅ WTSR Core
