The Blade Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of offshore blade installation activities during the assigned shift rotation. The role provides on-shift leadership, ensures adherence to approved procedures and HSE requirements, and coordinates installation teams to deliver high-quality work within schedule, weather, and operational constraints.
- Supervise all blade installation activities during the assigned shift rotation
- Lead and coordinate technicians, contractors, and vessel crews
- Enforce project HSE standards, life-saving rules, and stop-work authority
- Conduct toolbox talks, shift briefings, and dynamic risk assessments
- Oversee blade lifting, installation, bolting, and torqueing activities
- Monitor weather limits, lifting constraints, and offshore conditions
- Ensure quality compliance, inspections, and completion of installation documentation
- Provide clear shift handovers, progress updates, and daily reports
- Coordinate closely with crane operators, marine teams, and site management
- Identify and escalate safety, quality, or schedule risks as required
