As we continue a busy 2026, we are looking for a Senior/Lead Marine Coordinator starting towards the end of May with the contract lasting until the end of the year. This will be based in Poland on a 2:2 rotation.
Experience and Certification – Required
- Proven Senior or Lead Marine Coordinator experience
- Visa/work permits as required
- GWO BST
- Medical + Chester step
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Marine Coordination Centre (MCC) and associated personnel, systems, and processes.
- Lead the safe, efficient, and compliant coordination of all marine activities associated with offshore wind farm construction and operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for marine coordination across all phases of the offshore project.
- Ensure adherence to marine safety regulations, project standards, and environmental protection guidelines.
Major Tasks

- Coordinate vessel traffic and offshore personnel transfer in real-time using marine coordination software.
- Maintain up-to-date marine coordination documentation including Marine Coordination Procedure.
- Manage interface with third-party contractors, vessel operators, port authorities, and maritime stakeholders.
- Lead daily marine coordination meeting.
- SIMOPS (Simultaneous operations) management between vessels and offshore assets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and project-specific procedures.
- Monitor and assess metocean conditions to support safe marine operations.
- Support incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Collaborate with construction management teams to align marine coordination with overall project timelines and safety goals
