Position
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to work offshore on a 2/2 rotation on a contract basis commencing 06.05.26 and completing in July 2027 - Germany
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all onboard inventory and materials, including tools, consumables, and turbine spares, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and readiness for offshore operations.
- Coordinate vessel logistics, including port call movements, manifests, lifting operations, and communication with onshore supply chain, OEM teams, and SOV crew.
- Maintain safe and compliant warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to HSE standards, IMDG/LOLER/COSHH requirements, and proper documentation, certification, and calibration control.
