Warehouse Manager – Poland (2:2 Rotation) | Mid-June Start | End of 2026
As we continue a busy and exciting 2026, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team onshore in Łeba, Poland. This is a rotational position working 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, commencing in mid-June and running through to the end of the year.
You must have the right to work in Poland and valid UDT certification for this role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the warehouse and yard setup at the Port of Łeba.
- Manage PPE, lifting equipment, tools, and storage facilities.
- Control the issue and return of equipment to internal personnel and external contractors.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, inspections, and certification requirements.
- Prepare tools and cargo in cooperation with site technicians.
- Load and unload CTVs using shoreside crane operations.
- Receive, dispatch, and track stores and cargo.
- Maintain warehouse stock control and inventory records.
- Manage certification documentation and upload records to document management systems.
- Coordinate daily sharing and scheduling of port facilities for site teams and visitors.
- Ensure yard security, site access control, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Welcome visitors, conduct site inductions, and support their use of port facilities.
- Coordinate visitor notifications and parking arrangements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping across warehouse and port facilities.

- Daily coordination of the Łeba Construction & Commissioning setup.
- Effective PPE management and coordination.
- Efficient coordination of yard and port facilities.
- Accurate equipment certification and stock management.
- Safe and compliant warehouse and logistics operations.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Valid UDT Certification.
- Valid Slinger/Banksman Certification.
- Valid UDT Forklift Operator Licence.
- Valid UDT Stationary Crane Operator Certificate (up to 3.5 tonnes).
- Valid GWO Training including:
- Manual Handling
- Fire Awareness
- First Aid
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse and logistics coordination experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Experience working within port, marine, offshore, wind energy, or construction environments would be highly advantageous.
